Mit Find your W@Y hast du die Möglichkeit, ein Jahr lang durch eine persönliche Mentorin auf deiner beruflichen Laufbahn begleitet zu werden. Dabei steht der persönliche und fachliche Austausch im Fokus. Die Erfahrung deiner Mentorin kann dich bei aufkommenden Fragen zu deinem nächsten Karriereschritt voranbringen und Unsicherheiten aus der Welt schaffen.
Mentoring
Deine Mentorin freut sich, dich regelmäßig zu einem persönlichen Austausch bei einem Lunch oder Dinner zu treffen. Darüber hinaus steht dir deine Mentorin jederzeit für kurzfristige Fragen zur Verfügung, die du dir in deiner beruflichen Entwicklung stellst.
Auf diese Weise bekommst du auch wertvolle Einblicke in den Berufsalltag einer Wirtschaftskanzlei und lernst auf Wunsch YPOG und unsere YPOGees besser kennen.
Female Development
Du bist zu Fortbildungsveranstaltungen eingeladen, die sich insbesondere an Frauen richten. Unter anderem stehen dabei Kommunikations- und Präsentationstrainings sowie Bewerber:innentrainings im Fokus.
Networking
Zweimal im Jahr organisieren wir ein Treffen für alle Mentees und Mentorinnen an einem unserer YPOG Standorte. So hast du die Möglichkeit mit vielen weiteren Frauen ins Gespräch zu kommen und dein persönliches Netzwerk zu erweitern.
